Torrente .tex textures converted to bmp but need help

I converted the .tex files from the game to bmp files (just the header) but some bmp files appears with green colors.

hi, it looks like red and green color bands are switched.

Each pixel consists of 3 color values - red, green and blue. Switch red and green values and you will get results as you want them to be. Either do it in your convertor program, or open those bmp's in your graphics editor and do it by hand. For example, in program 'Paint shop Pro' there is 'Color channel splitting' and 'combining', through which you can switch green with red.
